I am looking to have a wordpress theme installed and setup Its a magazine, store, and online community all in one. I have found 2 wordpress themes that have most of the features i need. The website does not have to be on wordpress, but i cannot afford huge costs for website design from scratch… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML5, PHP, Website Design, WordPress)
