I would like to create an iOS application with most likely a future Android addition also. This application is designed to be a great tool for prank calling/texting others. The idea is that the application will alter the caller ID when you make outgoing calls AND text messages… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: Android, iPhone, Mobile Phone)
