Mac to automatically connect to open internet network – if available by muusa

I’m looking for an applescript/bash which will enable a mac mini with Lion to automatically try to connect to an opened network (without password) if available. It will be something on the login items,… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: Cocoa, Mac OS, Objective C)
