I want a VERY simplified two-page web-based application to be used as a stand-alone accounts payable system. (An XP/Windows PC based application that accesses a SQL database on my web server is OK too)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Anything Goes, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
