Separate addresses located in a single field into 8 new fields by tingve

I have a log file that I need converted into a file that I can enter it into my address book. This file has the entire address in 1 field which is on 3 lines in that field. What I need is this entry… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel)
