Fix an IE7 and IE8 CSS issue by jpburton

I have a page on my website which works fine in Firefox, Chrome Safari and IE9, but looks horrible in IE7 and IE8. I need the CSS (and HTML if appropriate) fixed so that it works fine on all of the aforementioned browsers… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: CSS, HTML)
