Dynamic php site working well in firefox needs to be made to work in all browsers by marekksl

I have php web site that is currently working but only well in some browsers (firefox, safari, opera) it does not look that well in IE and mobile devices. I need someone with good designing skills and some php knowledge to either modify or redesign website to work well in any browser… (Budget: $250-$750 AUD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
