a sqlite database have records (filename, filesize) write xcode to read every record in database and compare the file in iPad / iPhone if file does not exist in iPad/iPhone, download it later. if the file size is not the same as the “filesize field”, download it later… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: iPad, iPhone, Objective C)
