Hi I have a big excel spreadsheet that I am saving as an html, but the freeze panes do not work. I need the freeze panes to work for this spreadsheet (1st row, and 1st 4 columns need to be frozen)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Excel, HTML, Java, PHP)
