Osticket user limited to 65 departments by capellio2

I am trying to allow my customer service reps to have access to about 100 departments. Osticket is limiting my reps to 65 departments. Only an admin can have access to all the departments. So we are… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
