Take handwritten floor plan and site plan and create a sketchup file from the handwritten plan by stevemcintosh

I need someone to take my site plan and a floor plan and reproduce the sketch into sketchup. Hopefully will then do a 3D rendering from this. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, User Interface / IA, Website Design)
