c# .net Program was built, but not working need it to be fixed by tammyjamiere

I had someone create a program that was supposed to automatically post comments to a website, it was written in c# .net but it doesn’t work for some reason. Need help trouble shooting it, editing it, and making sure it works… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, MySQL, Visual Basic)
