We are looking for someone to build a custom PHP/MySQL program for us. We have about 10 Excel spreadsheets that all talk to each other. They are our referral tracking system . We would like this to be web-based and database driven, with security, user accounts, etc… (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
