Change C # program to auto pull url by westwardbooks

I have a C# application that works just fine, but I need to manually re-enter the URL (url changes constantly) after it runs. I need someone that will modify the program so the program reloads the browser… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C# Programming)
