Convert html site to WordPress by mmcom

We need to convert the HTML site dustintavella(dot)com to the WordPress site using Twenty Eleven theme. All 7 pages will have unique pictures for the header that we will provide. (Budget: $50-$200 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
