I have a vBulletin website with a vBulletin 4.1.x theme that needs to be ported over to vBulletin 4.2 A theme has already been designed .. but I am not fully satisfied with about (25%) of the design… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
