We have a system which generates a csv output each day. We need to remove any duplicates in the file, leaving the one with the lowest price (separate field). e.g: Item Price 5 2.99 6 … (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Anything Goes, Data Processing, Excel, PHP, Script Install)
