I need to create a simple web form where the user enters the 4 customer fields and marks qty in boxed next to items and when they hit submit it will feed directly in to QB enterprise to create the sales order… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: ASP, Electronic Forms, Excel, Quickbooks & Quicken, XML)
