Client needs a single form, to reside in the admin areas of a WordPress Multisite network of sites. The form (~25 fields) would collect data and, once submitted, would fill out and submit 3-5 specific forms, which are located on other websites… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
