Aweber API Integration to Membership site by trumbled

I want to be able to integrate my aweber with my membership site, so members can opt-in to my list, while also becoming a member at the same time. Any kind of integration would be done with Aweber API… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
