We need to have it configured to run a press 1 style campaign, for example a message is played, customer is given an option to press 1 and be transferred to an outside number, or press 9 to be added to dnc list… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Asterisk PBX, Telecommunications Engineering, VoIP)
