This is a student prototype project that requires a web page to have an interactive set of questionnaire. At the end of the assessment, certain details need to be masked or anonymized (i will provide algorithm) and results need to be displayed in matrices or tables or charts etc… (Budget: £20-£50 GBP, Jobs: Drupal, HTML, Javascript, Joomla, PHP)
