I have a simple app for viewing PDFs and MP3s. The files which the user can download and open are fixed, and their locations are in an accompanying XML document to the app. Also in this XML document is the folder structure in which the files are shown… (Budget: €750-€1500 EUR, Jobs: iPad, iPhone, Mobile Phone, Objective C)
