Patch to compile GNU wGet 1.13.4 as a static library for IOS by bigbadowl

I require a patch that I can apply to the Gnu wGet program version 1.13.4 located here http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/wget-1.13.4.tar.gz as a static library, libwget. I would suggest renaming the main method to wget… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: C Programming)
