I need to make 1 image. Image to be a blend of a Snow Cat ( typically used at ski areas to flatten snow) with a water tank on the back. Adobe Illustrator is probably the best application. But I am open to using any application… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustration, Illustrator)
