Need my opt in page to exit to another page without exiting when someone tries to opt in by louisscd

Hi, I need someone to install a script that exits people to another specific page when they try to leave my opt in page. The script must work and beat all pop ub blockers from browsers The script has to only make the page exit when someone tries to click out…..
