WordPress Navigation issues in IE by HawksM

I have 2 websites using the same theme on wordpress. Both sites have issues displaying the navigation in IE9. I need help troubleshooting the problem. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Website Design, WordPress)
