Hi I have a simple 1 page website that I need resizing to 90% the scale it is now. So I want it to look exactly as it does now, but scaled down to 90%. The reason being it’s not fitting in all my visitor’s browsers without scrollbars… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
