I need to create the attached swirl in a vector format. I have a photoshop file that is better resoloution than the JPEg attached to work from. I need the lines to have a smooth vector path on each side ( not just outline pen)… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator)
