I am looking for someone to build me an online DVD movie rental web site like Netflix but with a lot less features. I only want to be able to rent DVD’s to members. I will NOT be selling movies on my web site and will not be streaming videos or movies on my web site… (Budget: $100-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
