I want to customize this website (highonchai.net) according to my own needs. I want the page should be edited by one author only. Also any visitor to the website can write comments on the comment page but only after approval of the main author the comments will be visible… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP)
