Hi, I require two contact forms on my website, both of similar content. The website is built in Joomla. Both forms have some mandatory text boxes, optional text boxes, checkbox, submit button and then a thank you panel upon submission… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
