I am looking for a well rounded “go to” guy/girl to help me with small website related tasks in an ongoing as needed basis. Easy stuff to help me when overloaded. Some examples of the types of work I would need: Create a graphic/banner for a website, clean up images, resize images….. (Budget: $2-$8 USD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, HTML, Javascript, Photoshop)
