I am in the process of creating a community based website for Gilbert,AZ. I want to have real estate, restaurant reviews, contest, polls, photos etc… I would like a site similar to everyblock, where residents can post events, classifieds, etc…. (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: CSS, Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript, Website Design)
