I have a hi res PDF file of a 112page landscape photographic book. It is currently in print and has been selling instroes for a couple of years, and I would now like to now convert it to an ebook, ibook for sale in Apple’s iBookstore… (Budget: $250-$750 AUD, Jobs: eBooks, Graphic Design, InDesign, iPad)
