I have a PDF form that applicants fill out by hand. I would like this in a simple HTML form, but I would also like the form to be formatted optimally if it is accessed from a mobile site. I need to be able to "POST" the results to my webserver… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: HTML, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
