I need someone to fix a contact us form on one of our new websites. The contact us form is already there but it does not work. It sends emails but not all data fields are sent through email. The contact us page actually consist of 3 forms which appear based on user’s selection of 3 options… (Budget: $30 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
