Add feature to WP Plugin by inetmarketeers

Have a wordpress plugin and want to add a quick review feature that would take imported value and create an editable review box. Can this add the option to the post.php page? It would be better if it did that… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
