I’m looking for a very simple app to be built that wil and can be used on all smart phones. The two main functions I need for this app are: a timer function that goes off at the same time everyday and I need a horn to display on the phone that can be blown into by the user and the horn sounds off… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Android, iPhone, Mobile Phone, Wireless)
