I urgently need a CMS script with easily editable templates. The freelancer will be required to recustomize and redesign the templates to my taste. Am aware joomla cms is free so please don’t come asking me for $400 for cms as you won’t get it… (Budget: £20-£22 GBP, Jobs: CMS, CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
