I need a very simple web portal, I want to keep it as simple as possible, absolutely minimalist. This is a very simple job. I want some animation (before after samples) but do not want flash as the site should be visible in any platform, including smartphones… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, MySQL, PHP)
