I need to add a bubble effect to the top navigation. I’ve attached a psd showing the look of the bubbles. I need them to float up and fade out. Not too many bubbles don’t want it to look bad. No flash… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Java, Javascript, PHP, Script Install, Website Design)
