I would like to develop a relatively simple app for iPhone and iPad. It requires no animation and/or moving graphics. I’m not sure how much info I need to give here at this point in order to protect my idea so any guidance you can offer will be greatly appreciated… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: .NET, iPad, iPhone, Mobile Phone, PHP)
