Need a virtual mail server to allow users to send email to mysql database to be used by my web and mobile app. On creation of new account I wish to make new virtual user allowing them to send new mail to I would rather use whitelist than spam filters… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Amazon Web Services, Linux, MySQL, PHP, System Admin)
