Toshiba Portege M500 with Microsoft Windows on it has suddenly stopped opening USB content. The USB is visible as “removable disk” when the “my computer” is opened, but when clicked on to open, it shows the “timer” for a few seconds, however it does not open… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Troubleshooting)
