Need to have a jain sip implementation on android 2.3+. Jain sip is opensource, the only issue is Android has a slightly modified version included within the os so you will get a conflict when using the external sip api… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone, VoIP)
