I have a PSD file I need converted into a wordpress theme (see attached). I need elements to be widgets, rather than hardcoded so they can be easily updated. Most of the site will fall into a standard format with 3-4 exceptions but this is evident in the psd files… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
