I want a home page like kayaks full Mercator mapping in the background. User goes to homepage and it will zoom to there place on the planet via ip or other location data (pop up, “Can we know where you are?”) and flip through languages automatically to suit the users language requirements… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: HTML, Ruby & Ruby on Rails, Website Design)
