I have a website which needs 200 Permanent Links from PR 2-4 Pages. Timeframe will be over 60 days. I won’t go into the details of what you can and can’t do with links (eg white hat, do-follow, Permanent Links, English Websites etc)… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Internet Marketing, Link Building, SEO)
