I have an existing SWF rotating logo on my website. As it loops back to restart its rotation it creates a brief flash of white on my site’s black background. The SWF logo is set-up just like a animated gif (i.e… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Banner Design, Flash, Javascript)
